Olatunde Ogungbade is the Managing Director and CEO of Global Accelerex Limited, where he brings his extensive experience and diverse competencies as a business executive, management consultant, entrepreneur, and technology leader to guide the corporate mission. His visionary leadership has propelled the company to take audacious steps in delivering innovative and creative payment solutions for a diverse clientele that include financial institutions, payment service providers, payment schemes, and merchants across various business sectors. Tunde holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria; a Master’s Degree in Real Time Systems from London Southbank University, UK; and is an alumnus of Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, where he bagged an Executive MBA. His over two decades of international business experience and management expertise, which includes almost a decade of management consulting, has given him a good working knowledge and broad business exposure in a vast variety of sectors.
Patrick Munis is the Founder and CEO of NewWave, an Information Technology (IT) company he founded in 2004, driven by his entrepreneurial vision, passion for technology, and appreciation for his community.
With a deft understanding of federal health agencies, their culture, needs and challenges, Patrick continues to lead NewWave in providing applications that directly impact the health care industry with flexible, customized, cost-effective IT solutions.
With an Executive MBA from MIT, Patrick’s exemplary entrepreneurial skills have earned him the distinction of being named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2015. Patrick was also awarded SBA’s 2016 Small Business Person of the Year for the D.C. Metro area. As a result of Patrick’s leadership, NewWave has been recognized for a variety of awards including one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Baltimore, and one of the Best Places to work.
When he’s not pioneering new technology, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, cheering on his children’s sports teams, and listening to podcasts.
Dionne L. Moore
Dionne L. Moore is a native of Washington, DC, and the fourth and youngest child of Jack S. and the late LaVerne F. Bailey. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1987. Reverend Moore is a 3rd generation graduate of Hampton University where she obtained her B.S. degree in Finance. With over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, she has worked in various financial institutions throughout the DC Metropolitan area. Reverend Moore is currently a Loan Officer at the Small Business Administration and also offers consulting services to small businesses.
In 1999, Reverend Moore accepted the call to preach. She was licensed and ordained under the leadership of Pastor Joseph W. Lyles of Fort Foote Baptist Church in Ft. Washington, Maryland. She is a preacher / teacher, worship leader, and conference / seminar speaker. Rev. Moore earned a Master of Divinity Degree at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. In 2020, she started Moore on the Word which is a ministry that helps to educate, encourage, and inspire people to read and study the Word of God more. She and her family currently
serve at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Largo, MD.
In addition to serving in her local church, Reverend Moore is an active member of the Rho Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in Washington, DC.
For almost 27 years, Reverend Moore has been blessed to be the wife of Reverend Dr. Anthony T. Moore, and mother of two beautiful and gifted children. Her son Daniel is a graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham currently in pursuit of attending medical school next September. Her daughter Bailey is a freshman at George Washington University on a full scholarship. Reverend Moore and her family reside in Washington, DC.
Ted is currently the Lead Partner for ISCHUS, a management consultancy firm, Sub-Saharan Africa Partner for Cripps Sears – a global Executive search firm and a Director in a growing Micro-Finance bank.. He worked with Shell for two decades (after a brief stint as a commercial banker) in diverse HR and business roles; with his last two roles as Special Projects Manager, leading the people and services aspects of a major divestment ($2bn+) and the post-divestment business integration in Nigeria; and Manager HR Strategy, Shell International, Netherlands. Prior to those roles, he was the pioneer HR Director for Shell’s Offshore business in Nigeria. He spent a third of his career working at the Shell International Head Office in Netherlands, supporting Shell businesses in 5 continents. His professional experience spans HR Strategy, Shared Services, Business Partnering, Outsourcing, Acquisitions and Divestments, Learning, OE/OD, Talent, Business & Personal Transformation (Change Management), Process Redesign, Corporate Development, Corporate Services, and Business Management
Ted holds a degree in Political Science and an MBA; he is an alumni of IMD Switzerland. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, UK and is GPHR certified. He is a columnist for both the BusinessDay and Business Financial Times newspapers in Nigeria and Ghana respectively and speaks at local and international conferences. His passion is to enable people/organisations achieve personal purpose and business success.
Daniel Koroma is the Business Liaison Officer for the Montgomery County government in the State of Maryland. His work in the Office of the County Executive focuses on assisting companies doing business in, or with, Montgomery County Government. He manages the award-winning Montgomery County Business Portal, a gateway to information on how Montgomery County interacts with the business community, and coordinates Montgomery County’s Business Resource Partners.
